We've photographed proposals, engagements and weddings right across the Blue Mountains & Greater Sydney. From Lower Mountains Anglican Church in Glenbrook and Springwood Uniting, to Megalong Valley sanctuaries, and the Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens themselves! Based in Hazelbrook, most venues are only a short drive for us. While the Blue Mountains are our home, we love to travel and are always happy to venture wherever your love story takes us!

How long until we receive our photos?
You'll receive your personalised online gallery with all your edited photos within the following timeframes:
- Proposal: Within 24 Hours
- Engagement: Within 14 Days
- Wedding: Within 5 Weeks (Sneak Peek < 48 Hours)
Do you travel outside of the Blue Mountains?
Yes! We can travel anywhere for your special day.
There is no travel fee within 1.5 hours drive of Hazelbrook for weddings, engagements and proposals. Beyond that, a fair travel allowance is worked into the single package price before you book (never added afterwards).
Do you offer discount bundles?
Absolutely! If you've previously booked in a Proposal or Engagement photoshoot with us, you'll be eligible for $200 off the cost of your choice of Wedding package.
What's the Lifetime Storage Back-Up?
We'll save back-ups of all of your edited photos for the lifetime of our business. If your laptop dies, your phone goes in a lake, or you simply lose the download link in a few years, email us and we will happily send it again.
What does unlimited images mean?
Exactly what it says. We will edit and send you every photo that we take that we believe adds value to your final gallery across the entire time we're there (we do not cap the count).
For weddings, you can expect 50-75 edited photos per hour of active coverage.
How do we secure our wedding date?
A signed agreement and a 20% retainer locks the date in. Until both are in place, the date stays available to other couples.
How much does wedding photography cost in the Blue Mountains?
At Jacob & Mim Photography, our all-inclusive wedding photography packages range from $2,950 for full-day photo coverage to $4,950 for full-day photo and video, with no hidden fees or upgrades that we try to push onto you. We also offer standalone engagement ($500) and proposal ($450) sessions, which each include a $200 credit toward your choice of wedding package!
What happens if it rains?
We always come prepared with clear umbrellas, scout covered venue spots, and carry off-camera flash lighting so we can craft brilliant, vibrant images even if the sun goes away.
As long as you're up for a bit of adventure and can stay flexible with the timeline to duck outside during dry spells, wet weather often yields the most romantic and unforgettable images in your gallery!
