What does unlimited edited photos mean?

This means that your package has no maximum limit on the number of photos that we will deliver. We will edit and send you every photo that we take that we believe adds value to your final gallery. We'll take photos across the entire time we're there and send you all the best ones we take.

What is the Lifetime Storage Back-Up?

 

We'll save back-ups of all of your edited photos for the lifetime of our business. If you ever lose copies or want to redownload the full-sized files again, simply reach out to us and we'll always be happy to re-send your gallery to you.

Are travel expenses included in your packages?

 

Yes, there are no additional fees for travel expenses for Business & Event photoshoots within one hour drive of Hazelbrook, NSW. For locations beyond, a simple travel and/or overnight allowance will be added (we'll calculate this for you before you book).

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

We individually edit every photo that you receive in your final gallery. You'll receive your personalised online gallery with your edited photos within 21 days (although we are often able to finish sooner than this).
